Dr. Rob John was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. The staff was also friendly. Very clean office, and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. John and his team.

As a dentist I’ve been exposed to many dental specialists who have treated my patients when I couldn’t have personally rendered care. Through experiences, feedback and recommendations from patients and other providers one discovers the top practitioners in each specialty.. I have had contact with over twenty oral surgeons in forty five years and Dr. Robert John is the most gifted , caring, knowledgeable and experienced oral surgeon/M.D. that I have known. He and his dedicated support staff provide outstanding care with compassion to the patients they treat. Patients would often ask me who would you personally see for treatment or who would you recommend your family to see? My family has been treated with five star care each time they were in need by Dr. John and his staff. Other comments on this page all agree based on their experiences.. I had a fall where I ended up breaking my nose, jaw, and had multiple facial fractures. Dr. John was my surgeon and he was awesome!!! He was so absolutely wonderful to deal with. But most importantly, he is so skilled in what he does. I could not recommend him enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. John and his staff. I needed and emergency extraction because of the pain i was in. Dr. John got me in very quickly. The staff was so understanding about my fears. I had extractions at other places and it was horrible. The staff knew my past experience and handled me with kid gloves. I would give them 100 stars if I could! The best part is that I feel fine. I have some minimal soreness and no nausea. Thank you Dr. John and thank you to the rest of the staff as well.

The experience I had as a patient of Dr John’s was incredible! When I walked into his office in Troy with my son the first thing I thought was WOW. Dr John’s office is modern and new. We were greeted right away by his friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. John did an excellent job explaining the procedure I was going to need. He was thorough in his explanation which made me feel so comfortable. He answered all questions I had and spent a lot of time making sure I knew what to expect that day and also the following days after the procedure. You can tell Dr John loves what he does. The surgery itself was painless because he took the time to use a topical numbing gel that numbed my gums before injecting a local anesthetic. No doctor’s office has ever done that before. He also had me inhale nitrous gas for sedation. It was perfect. The staff made sure my son and myself had the post op instructions and they called the next day to check on me. I would not hesitate to refer Dr Robert John to my family and friends. In fact I have in the past and they have been very happy with his excellent and professional care.
